We will exchange clothing items if you return them within 5 days of purchase and they have not been washed or warn.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Defective Goods Return
If your goods turn out to be defective within the first 14 days after you received them from us, we will repair them or replace them. It will need to be returned to Destinatus clothing shop or the school office.
Refunds
We will consider no cash or eft refunds. The item purchased will be repaired or exchanged for the same equivalent item.
Ordering and Delivering Policy
All orders are to be placed and paid for immediately.
Order dates will be from the 1st of every month till the 15th. Only orders that money reflects will be manufactured.
Delivery of the manufactured item will be delivered to the school pupil the end of the month (31st). They will be required to sign for the package.
